VSD M18 Stream Dock Upgrade Instructions 

Hello everyone, based on customer feedback, we have recently optimized the relevant functions of VSD M18. Now, we will provide the latest version of VSD Craft software and the corresponding firmware (device) upgrade tool. Interested users may refer to this instruction to upgrade your M18 device.

 

Kindly Note:

The current upgrade tool only runs on Windows PCs.

A beta version of the upgrade tool with Mac support is expected to be released by the end of August.

For existing Mac users needing to upgrade M18 RGB, you can first upgrade the VSD M18 using a Windows PC. Then, update to the latest Mac version of VSD Craft, and you’ll gain access to the RGB customization feature.

 

Upgrade Highlights:

1). Optimize device compatibility with AMD computers.

2). Address the issue of frequent device freezing/restarting (caused by current/power consumption exceeding USB port limitations).

3). Upgrade RGB-related functions.
  - Adjustable Brightness: 0-100% independent control for RGB lights.
  - Custom Colors: Set static RGB hues via the color palette.
  - Auto-Off Feature(optional): M18 screen and RGB lights turn off when your PC hibernates/ shuts down or "VSD Craft" software closes.
