1.Ensure a tight connection at the USB port：
Check the connection between the USB cable and the port of the StreamDock device, and ensure it is secure/tight.

2.Using the Stand
Choose to fix it directly or open the folding stand, and select a position and angle that suits you.

3.Use the rear USB ports of the computer host
Connect the device to the rear USB ports of the computer host instead of the front USB ports.

4.Do not connect via a USB Hub
Do not use USB hubs / docking stations
