If you would like to adjust your device screen brightness or RGB lighting brightness, this guide will walk you through the available methods and important notes.

Applicability

• Device Brightness
  Supported on all device models.

• RGB Light Brightness
  Available only on RGB versions.

Adjusting Device Screen Brightness

You can adjust device brightness in two different ways:

Method 1: Assign Brightness to a Key or Knob

1. Open the software.

2. Locate the Stream Dock category in the right-side toolbar.

3. Find Brightness.

4. Drag it to a key or knob.

If Assigned to a Key

• Select Increase Brightness or Decrease Brightness in the property panel.

• Pressing the key will adjust the brightness accordingly.

If Assigned to a Knob

• Rotate clockwise to increase brightness.

• Rotate counterclockwise to decrease brightness.

• Pressing the knob has no function.、
  

Method 2: Adjust via Settings Panel

1. Open the software.

2. Navigate to Settings.

3. Select Device.

4. Locate Brightness.

5. Adjust the slider to set your preferred brightness level.
   

Important Note

To prevent users from mistaking very low brightness for device malfunction, a minimum brightness level is enforced. Brightness cannot be set to zero.

Adjusting RGB Light Brightness (RGB Models Only)

Currently, RGB lighting brightness can only be adjusted through the Settings panel:

1. Open the software.

2. Go to Settings > Device.

3. Locate Light Brightness.

4. Adjust the slider to change the lighting intensity.

Lighting Behavior During Sleep Mode

To configure how the lighting behaves when the device enters sleep mode:

1. Navigate to Settings > Device.

2. Locate Lighting Control.

Available options:

• Follow the Software
  The lights will turn off automatically when the device sleeps.

• Light
  The lights will remain on at all times.

Lighting Control Option Not Visible?

If your device supports RGB functionality but you cannot find the Lighting Control option:

• Your firmware version may be outdated.

• Please update to the latest firmware to enable RGB lighting adjustment features.
