First of all, a huge thank you to all of you!
⏱ Biggest Challenge This Round: Button Assembly Time (70% of total production)
The main bottleneck we discovered during this trial batch comes from the button structure:
Each unit has 15 buttons
Contains 30 small magnets + 18 large magnets
Since this run was assembled manually
This single step took up around 70% of the entire production time 😅
This obviously slows down the overall output significantly.
To ensure stable and efficient mass production going forward, we’re currently evaluating new automated assembly equipment to greatly reduce the time required for this step.

Overall Summary
Even though we ran into a few minor bumps, this trial run has been very encouraging.Here are some photos of the trial units
All trial units have successfully passed functional testing, and we’re now polishing the remaining details to make sure the MagTran M3 you receive is something you’ll truly love.
