First of all, a huge thank you to all of you!ย
โฑ Biggest Challenge This Round: Button Assembly Time (70% of total production)ย
The main bottleneck we discovered during this trial batch comes from the button structure:ย
Each unit has 15 buttonsย
Contains 30 small magnets + 18 large magnetsย
Since this run was assembled manuallyThis single step took up around 70% of the entire production timeย ๐
ย
This obviously slows down the overall output significantly.ย
To ensure stable and efficient mass production going forward, weโre currently evaluating new automated assembly equipment to greatly reduce the time required for this step.ย

Even though we ran into a few minor bumps, this trial run has been very encouraging.ย
